In Rights and Responsibilities Awareness Initiative, we proudly congratulate our Director, Hetham Karky, on being recognized in the 2025 Mayor’s New Year’s Honour List for his outstanding contributions to Diversity and Race Relations.
Hetham’s leadership, unwavering commitment, and dedication to empowering communities through knowledge, fostering inclusivity, advocating for equity, and creating meaningful change through RRAI’s initiatives have earned him this well-deserved recognition.
London City Council presented the 2021 Diversity, Race Relations and Inclusivity Award to the Rights and Responsibilities Awareness Initiative at its December 7th, 2021 meeting. Our Executive Director, Hetham Karky, thanked The City of London for recognizing RRAI’s positive impact on the London community. Board members later met with Mayor Ed Holder for the presentation of a plaque.
