Free Information session Child Protection – Legal Rights

Has your family become involved with a children's aid society? Do you have a court matter with them? Have your children been removed from your home by a children's aid society and you don't know what to do next? Join Western Law's Community Legal Services for a free virtual information session about dealing with children's aid society issues when they are involved with you and your family. At the session, you will learn general legal information about your legal rights and how to navigate the child protection issues that you are dealing with in and out of the court system. There will also be a Q&A session after the presentation portion where a family lawyer will provide general answers to any questions that you may have related to child protection issues. Please be advised that the lawyer cannot provide specific legal advice with respect to your case. The session will be public and not confidential. .
